Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Please double-check your address and include your phone number for your local post office to contact as any lost orders due to incorrect addresses aren't my responsibility and cannot be refunded.

For UK & EU orders, please order through my Etsy!

Q: Why is international shipping so expensive?
A: Unfortunately, the USPS international shipping rate is relatively high, so there’s not much I can do about the high shipping cost. I personally recommend doing group orders with friends to help spread out the costs! If you do a group order, feel free to indicate the separate orders in the "Add a note" section during checkout and I’ll do my best to pack each order separately within the same shipment!

Q: Are you able to ship to the UK?
A: I am unable to ship to the UK via my main shop, but can do so via Etsy. There are some items that are only available through my main shop, but most items are available through Etsy as well!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders will be shipped out usually within a week (if you need the order processed sooner, please let me know in the “Add a note” section during checkout and I’ll do my best to accommodate). All orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, most orders within the US take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International orders may take 2-6 weeks. Please expect potential shipping delays of up to 1-2 weeks due to COVID-19!

Preorder items will be shipped out within a week of the shipping date/period listed in the product description. Orders containing preorder items will not be shipped until the preorder product is ready, please order other items separately if you would like them sooner!

When you order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number to track the status of your package!

Q: I made a mistake! Can I make changes or cancel my order?
A: If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ll be happy to make any changes / cancellations! Please email me at haiyun00(at)gmail with your order number as soon as possible.

Q: My order arrived damaged / broken. What can I do?
A: Please email me at haiyun00(at)gmail with a photo of the damaged/broken product and your order number and we can discuss options!

Q: Why hasn’t my order arrived yet!
A: Please check the tracking number for your order to see when the scheduled arrival date is! If you don’t have a tracking number, feel free to email me at haiyun00(at)gmail and I can resend it! If the tracking number says your order should have arrived, please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to see if they can find your package.

Q: Are your stickers water/weather proof?
A: Matte stickers are water resistant, but may not hold up to being submerged in water for long periods of time. It is okay to get them wet (ex. rinsing out a water bottle) but for a longer lasting application, I would not recommend putting them through a dishwasher or anywhere that is constantly exposed to sunlight/moisture.

Mirror, holographic, glitter, and other glossy stickers are 2-4 year water and weather proof, meaning they will hold up in a dishwasher and are UV protected against fading from sunlight.

Q: Where do you get ___ made?
A: Prints are printed via Catprint or through local print shops. Use my Catprint referral link for $10 off your order!

Charms are printed with InkIt Labs.

For other merchandise, please understand I’m not comfortable with sharing the sources publicly!

Q: What are some of your shop’s sustainable and eco-friendly practices?
A: Most of my products use paper packaging, with plastic packaging mostly only used on products that are at risk of water-damage during transit. Orders may be packed with reused materials from my own packages (bubble wrap, kraft paper, etc.) or magazine paper shredded by myself. I’m always on the lookout for eco-friendly options that are within my budget, and hope to gradually transition to increasingly sustainable practices!

Q: Do you sell your products anywhere else?
A: The only other platforms I sell on are Etsy and INPRNT. All other platforms selling or claiming to sell my artwork are doing so without my permission (eBay, Aliexpress, etc.). Please do not purchase from other sellers looking to profit off of stolen work!

Q: Do you sell at conventions?
A: Yes! My convention schedule is regularly updated here.

Q: How long have you been drawing and selling at cons?
A: I’ve been drawing regularly since I was about 9 years old and have participated in artist alleys since 2010!

Q: What tools do you use to draw?
A: For software, I mostly use Paint Tool SAI (illustrations) and Adobe Photoshop (text / effects). I also use Procreate (roughs / sketches) on the Apple iPad Pro (11 inch) with the Apple Pencil (2nd Generation). I use a pen tablet for drawing, specifically the One by Wacom Small (CTL-471).

Q: Can I repost your art or use it as my avatar, banner, etc.?
A: Reposts and other non-commercial usage of my illustrations are fine as long as you explicitly credit me as “haiyun/@haiyunee” and directly tag (if the platform allows it) or visibly link back to the original post of the artwork. Please do not edit my illustrations (applying filters, editing colors, drawing over, etc.). Please also do not use any commissioned art (unless you are the commissioner) for any purpose, whether it’s fanart or not. Thank you for your understanding!
