terms & conditions

The following terms are agreed upon unless specified otherwise:

✦ Commissioned illustrations are for personal use only.
✧ Commercial usage/rates are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

✦ I retain the right to the illustration and may livestream the process, share it on my portfolio, and post it to social media.

✦ I reserve the right to turn down commission requests that I feel are unsuited for my style/abilities.

✦ Commissioned illustrations may not be used for in any block-chain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future developments in the space.

✦ Turnaround generally ranges from 1-3 weeks for sketch & chibi commissions and 1-3 months for full illustrations depending on my current workload.
✧ If your commission has a tighter deadline, please let me know in the initial email and I’ll do my best to accommodate! Depending on how soon the deadline is, there may be a rush fee (20% of the commission price).

✦ Payment may be made 50% upfront and 50% upon completion before receiving the final file, or 100% upfront. For sketch commissions, payment must be made 100% upfront.
✧ Payment is in USD and invoiced via Paypal.

✦ Full refunds are allowed only if the commission hasn’t been started on.

✦ The commissioner will receive a rough, colored sketch for approval before finalization. The final illustration will be sent as a high-quality PNG.
✧ Any large edits should be requested during the rough sketch stage. After the illustration is finalized, only minor edits will be allowed without additional charges.

Pricing is per character. Maximum of four (4) characters per illustration.
Prices are flat. Detailed designs may be simplified, no edits allowed unless a major character attribute is missing/incorrect, these are meant to be quick and rough! For sketch commissions, payment must be received in full before beginning commission.
